C&K Video Productions started out videotaping family memories in the early 1980's in Omaha, NE. Chris Hall, the company's founder, began videotaping the life stories of individuals as a family project. The overwhelming response soon had others asking him to produce similar keepsakes. Chris coined the term "video autobiographies", to describe this concept. Commenting on his first jobs, "in the beginning I rented a VHS camera and used a box to steady the camera because we didn't have a tripod". The current equipment inventory is a dramatic upgrade to these humble beginnings.
About ten years ago Chris was introduced to Kate Minor. In the subsequent years they were married and became business partners. Kate brought her considerable skills and vision to this growing enterprise. When asked about her perspective on their success, she replied "the fact that we highly customize each individual project is what makes our videos so valuable". Chris responded to the same question,"because we both are involved in every aspect of the business, our clients benefit from the input of two experienced perspectives and I think that is one of our greatest strengths".
Originally named Reflections, the company's name was changed and incorporated as it moved to Lakewood, CO. in 1998. C&K Digital Video has enjoyed a sterling reputation as caring professionals who are passionate about their work and your satisfaction.
